The Tara Players Theatre of Ottawa is a non-profit organization dedicated to live Irish theatre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We normally stage three full length plays each year. Since 2006, Tara has performed its productions on the stage of the Arts Court Theatre. See the Season Page and the Location Page.

Tara regularly participates in the Eastern Ontario Drama League Festivals (both the One Act Play Festival and Full Length Play Festival), where we have received a number of awards.

We offer community groups a means of raising funds through purchasing a benefit performance. Read about benefits for more information, and to learn about our upcoming benefit performances.

If you would like to volunteer to help out in stage management, directing, carpentry and painting, costuming, make-up, props, box office, and much, much more, e-mail us.
